In addition to viewing a notification in the Staff Activity report, you can choose to also have the notification sent to your company email address every time a sitter checks-in late to a scheduled job, provided that you have set a time "tolerance" for the notification to trigger. How do I choose to receive a late check-in notification email?
Check the option for "Notify when a required checkin is late".
Below is an example email where a sitter has checked-in at a time over the late checkin tolerance that was set of 30 minutes.
A notification email has been triggered to warn Admin that there could be a problem with the calculation of the sitters work and travel time or that the sitter has not arrived on time to deliver a service.
