Option to "Show Time" of a Job

Each job is scheduled at a particular “time”.  When “show time” is set to “yes” the time will be displayed in the schedule and in the staff jobs list, indicating to the assigned staff member that the job should be completed by a certain time.

When “show time” is set to “no”, the time will  not be displayed, indicating that the job can be completed any time within the time block shown in the adjacent column.

Diary Periods or "Time Block".

  • Jobs can be configured with optional “time blocks”.

  • Time blocks indicate the permitted time period in which the job should be completed.

  • If a job is not configured with a time block, the diary period (Morning, Midday, Afternoon, Evening) will show in its place.

  • Time Blocks help set services delivery expectations correctly when clients book services online.
