This function enables administrators to define "time blocks" associated to individual services such that clients can choose only a "time block" when ordering a service online as opposed to being able to specify a time.​ This makes it easier to control client expectations relating to service delivery times.

Automated Production of Sitter Schedules >

Automated production of schedules overnight which can be emailed to pet sitters as required.

Update Visit Routine in Client Portal >

Visit Routine can now be accessed and updated by your clients via the client portal (subject to company option).

SMTP Status Report >

SMTP Status report which shows any emails that have failed to send with an associated "resend" option.

Bulk Receipting >

Bulk Receipting - It is now possible to post many receipts as a batch process.

Other Enhancements

 

Show time was being ignored when online service requests are processed - this is now resolved.

  • In ADMIN > SETTINGS > Dairy Settings there is a "show time" default flag. This flag sets the default value of "show time" to either "yes" or "no". This flag was being ignored by the online scheduling process such that orders coming into the system always had the time showing. This problem has been resolved in this release.

Two problems associated with logging into the client portal are now resolved. 

  • The email is no longer case sensitive which means that people who habitually log in to the portal with their email address can do so more reliably. So if my email is test@test.com I can now log in with Test@Test.com or TEST@TEST.COM or teST@test.com all variants will work regardless of case.

  • Clients who had already created a password (but perhaps forgotten that they had) would often try to create another when they should have been using the "reset password" option. The error message "Sorry, a confirmation link could not be emailed to you. This account has already been registered." was not very clear and users often would not know what to do next. So this has now been changed to "Sorry, a confirmation link could not be emailed to you. This account has already been registered, please try resetting your password."  In addition to this, the "please try resetting your password" portion of the message is now a hyperlink that will take the user to the required reset password function.​
