Using MAPS integration you are now more able to see where your clients are located geographically and also which staff members live closest to them.
MAPS integration is the first step towards greater levels of scheduling automation and makes it easy to see where your clients are situated in relation to your staff. In this release 5.3 you can easily record the geographic location of each staff member and each client.
The geographic location is recorded on a map that is displayed on the staff record and the client record respectively. Whilst the staff map only shows the location of each staff member respectively, the client map shows the location of the client AND the location of the closest members of staff. Zooming out will reveal the location of all staff.
