INTRODUCTION
It is now possible to identify services that are about to start using the "First service only" option in the diary and schedule views. Using this option it is now possible to write to clients about services that are about to start.

Under DIARY & SCHEDULE, a new option exists “First Service Only”. By selecting “First Service Only” you see only services that are the first service of a particular booking .
Choose one of the services from the Dairy and then (on the next screen) click “SERVICEORDER” for options to email the client.
In the service order, select one or more services that should appear in your email to your client then click “Email Jobs”.
Un-check “Send to Sitters” then choose your email template.
You will most likely need to need to create some new email templates to use this feature. We have created new merge codes that will embed a table of services into your email.
In this example (see screenshots) we are using the merge code {JOB_TABLE_CLIENT_SITTER} which puts all selected jobs into a table in the email along with the client name and the sitter name.
Under ADMIN > SUPPORTING DATA > EMAIL TEMPLATES
you will find new merge codes that can be used in email templates when emailing clients or sitters from the service order.
The new codes are

{JOB_TABLE_CLIENT}
{JOB_TABLE_CLIENT_SITTER}
