If your client should use direct email, text or phone to tell you about their service requirements, PSP now provides functionality to add job requests manually that are associated with orders.
Once your job requests are associated with an order, you might need to add to the list of requests for a number of reasons;
Perhaps the client spoke with you requesting more services verbally or maybe you need to add some internal services that are effectively instructions or actions enabling staff to complete the services correctly (typically the client never sees internal services).
With the new “Add Request” function, you can now add requests to an existing list as required.
