Editing Services < Map

Using the Edit button on the column view of the Schedule, you can access important information about the service selected. You can view the service Report, service Activity, and client Map.

 

The Map tab displays a Map of the client's location, which is the main client address on file (on the Client Details page in the client's account). 

How Do I View the client Map from the Column View?


 

            ON DESKTOP

 

Navigate to Scheduler > Schedule > Column View

STEP 1

  • To view the client Map for any service from the Column View of the Schedule, select the service by checking the box to the left of the service on the Schedule

  • Click the "Edit..." button

​STEP 2

  • The Edit Services side bar will appear on the right side of the screen

  • Click on the "Map" tab to view the client Map for the selected service

  • The Map is generated by Google Maps, and has mapping options such as Satellite view, Full Screen, Street view, and Zoom in/out

​STEP 3

  • If a map does not automatically appear, check the client's address on file

    • Navigate to the client's account, then go to Client Data > Details > Location

    • Ensure that the address is correct, then click "Reset Location" and "Save Location"​

    • If the map is not visible and the address is shown in the address bar, click Search and it will appear. (If the address is not there simply type it in.) 

        ON MOBILE 

STEP 1

 

  • Tap the Navigator, and select Scheduler > Schedule > Column View

  

STEP 2

  • Navigate to the service for which you would like to view the client Map

  • If needed, use the right and left arrows in the column header to scroll through the columns on the Schedule (i.e. Morning, Midday, Afternoon) 

STEP 3

  • Select the service by checking the box next to the service on the Schedule

  • Tap the "Actions" button

  • Tap "Edit..."

STEP 4

  • Tap the "Map" tab on the Edit Services screen

  • The client's location is indicated by the "house" icon

  • The Map is generated by Google Maps, and has mapping options such as Satellite view, Street view, and Zoom in/out

STEP 5

  • Navigate to the client's account, then go to Client Data > Details > Location
