Editing Services < Service Report
Using the Edit button on the Column View of the Schedule, you can access important information about the service selected. You can view the service Report, service Activity, and client Map.
The Report tab displays the customizable service report. The service report is a form (or report) that can be emailed to the client after their pet service has been completed. It is a great way to communicate with your client about what happened on the pet visit and how their pets are doing. Clients can reply to the service report (by clicking the "Reply" button on the email they receive); their reply will go to the company email address.
The service report can be emailed to the client by the pet sitter (via the "Save and Send" button in the Staff Interface). This would enable the pet sitter to relay information to the client immediately upon completing the service, in a professional manner through Pet Sitter Plus. There would be no need for the pet sitter to use his or her personal phone number or email address for client communication regarding pet services.
The service report could also simply be saved to Pet Sitter Plus (without being emailed to the client) by using the "Save" button in the Staff Interface. This would allow an administrator to first review the pet sitter's service report, amend it as needed, and then email it to the client, if desired.
The service reports are also saved in the client portal for the client's review.
The service report can include visit notes, photos, date/time stamp, Admin sign-off, and more. Go to Admin > Custom Fields > Service Reports to customize your service report.

How Do I View the Service Report from the Column View?
ON DESKTOP
Navigate to Scheduler > Schedule > Column View
STEP 1

To view the service Report for any service from the Column View of the Schedule, select the service by checking the box to the left of the service on the Schedule

If a service Report has been sent to the client, the "SR" indicator on the Schedule will be highlighted in green

Click the "Edit..." button
STEP 2

The Edit Services side bar will appear on the right side of the screen

Click on the "Report" tab to view the service Report for the selected service
STEP 3

You can simply review the service Report here, or
-
You can amend the service Report and send (or re-send) the Report to the client
- To send the service Report to the client from the Report tab:

Select the "Email on Update" option

Make any necessary updates to the service Report, i.e. add a note, upload a new photo

Click "Update"

The report will be emailed to the client when you click "Update"

Navigate to the service for which you would like to review the service Report

If needed, use the right and left arrows in the column header to scroll through the columns on the Schedule (i.e. Morning, Midday, Afternoon)

Select the service by checking the box next to the service on the Schedule

Tap the "Actions" button

Tap "Edit..."

Tap the "Report" tab on the Edit Services screen

Review the service Report here, or
-
You can amend the service report if needed

You can also send or re-send the Report to the client by tapping "Email on Update" then tapping the "Update button
