< Scheduling Functions by Client Order in Column View < Editing Services

You may need to edit several services for one client. For instance, change the dog walks to a different time or time block for the week, or update the pet sitter on several weekend pet visits for one client.

 

To make changes to multiple services for one client, it is possible to drill into the service order from the Column View of the Schedule.

ON DESKTOP:

Navigate to Scheduler > Schedule > Column View
STEP 1

 

How Do I Make Multiple Changes to a Client's Services from the Column View?

  • To show more detail on the Schedule and display a link to the client's Order, click the "+" sign twice for more Detail.

 

​Note: See Default Service Detail to change the default level of detail that you see on the Schedule.

  • Click the word "Order" from the service description on the Schedule.

 

Note: "Order" is a link to the client's service order that includes this visit on the Schedule.

​STEP 2

  • In the service order, you can now make any single or multiple changes you like, which will reflect immediately in the schedule for the selected client.

  • Click the "Back" button above the Service Order to return to the Schedule.

        ON MOBILE 

STEP 1

 

  • Tap the Navigator, and select Scheduler > Schedule > Column View

  

STEP 2

  • To show more detail on the schedule, tap the "+" sign next to "Detail": 

    • Tapping the "+" sign once will display any Staff Notes and Invoice Notes​.

    • Tapping the "+" sign again will display financial details as well as links to the service order and the Quote or Invoice.

  • To get to the client's service order, tap the "+" sign twice.

STEP 3

  • Tap the word "Order" to go to the client's service order.

STEP 4

  • To make changes to one or multiple services in the client's service order:

    • select the services by tapping on the appropriate check boxes​ to the left, or

    • tap the "All" check box if you need to select all services.

  • Tap the "Actions" button​.

STEP 5

  • Tap the appropriate editing option from the drop-down list, i.e. Edit, Cancel, Move, Add Services, etc, to make your changes. 

  • The changes you make in the client's service order will be automatically reflected on the Schedule​.

  • Tap the "Back" button to return to the Schedule.
