< Column View by Service Status < Column View by Last Service Only
Your schedule can be viewed in a variety of ways with the ability to filter the schedule so you only see certain items in your view.
You may want to see all of your services on a certain day that are the last service in a client's service order. Sorting your Schedule by "Last Service Only" will allow you to easily write to your clients to confirm they have returned home, or write to your staff to remind them to, say, return the client's key.
ON DESKTOP:
Navigate to Scheduler > Schedule > Column View

How do I view the Column View of the Schedule by Last Service Only?

The default view of the Schedule is "Scheduled & Completed" services.

To change the default view to "Last Service Only," click on the drop-down menu called "Scheduled & Completed Services" and then select "Last Service Only".

The Schedule will automatically display all services that are the last service in the client's service order.

You can then select the service(s), and use the "Email" button if desired to email clients or staff about the last service.
ON MOBILE

Tap the Navigator, and select Scheduler > Schedule > Column View

On the Column View, tap "Scheduled & Completed Services".

Tap on "Last Service Only".

Tap "Done".

The Schedule will now display all services that are the last service in the service order.

You will see the services in the first column in your schedule first (i.e. Morning).

To toggle through the other columns in your schedule (for example, Midday, Afternoon, and Evening columns), then tap the right/left arrows in the column header.

Tap "Actions" then select "Email" to email your clients and/or staff regarding the last service(s) in the service orders.
